Refund policy

We accept refunds and exchanges.

If for some reason you aren't happy with your purchase, you have 100 days to return it for a full refund (including return postage) or you can swap it for something else. If you would like to return something, please email returns@BNVVT.com and include your order receipt along with a quick explanation of the the issue, and we'll advise the best way to proceed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not return anything without contacting us first.
